Abu Jafar Haroon al-Rashid bin Mahdi Title: Nadir Shah in India

When Nadir Shah Irani came to India and the King of India brought him to Delhi as a guest of peace, a person in a drunken state said, "Wow, what has Muhammad Shah done?" Qazalbash was brought to the fort and killed by the hands of the Qalamaqins. This featherless crow flew and as soon as it flew, it started blowing off the heads of Iranians all over Delhi. At last Nadir Shah Irani was forced to order a massacre and a massacre took place in Delhi, the likes of which Delhi has not seen till date. It is exactly the same thing that someone wrote the reason for the murder of Jafar Barmaki in the following way:

Haroon al-Rashid Abbasi's sister and Mahdi had a daughter Abbasa. Aaron loved his sister very much. In the same way, Jafar bin Yahya, his prime minister, was also Harun's Jalis and Nadeem and lived with him all the time. Harun used to drink alcohol together with Jafar and Abbasa. Just as Harun wanted to include his sister in the drinking session, it was necessary to include his prime minister, Jafar. Therefore, Harun al-Rashid married Abbasa to Jafar so that they could see each other. But it was emphasized to both Jafar and Abbas that the relationship between husband and wife could never happen. But Jafar and Abbas could not stay within the limits of this prohibitory order. When Harun came to know about this, he killed Jafar and ruined his entire family.

When this rumor of Chandu Khan came into the hands of the novelists and the educated ignorant people of our time, they spread this lie with their habit and promoted this lie in such a way that any Urdu scholar who sees this absurd lie is lashed out with verses and hadiths. Has more faith and does not like to hear anything against it. 2

1 The camp of drug addicts or their special place.

2 Novels and fictions are the cradle of lies and truth. By peppering these fictitious or some real events with the literature that people are made accustomed to and the mood created in them, one would expect such "faith".

This rumor was written a hundred years after Jafar's murder and Tabari mentioned it in his history. Just then what happened was the format of the episode as it is described in a strange way with quite a lot of rarities in it. Therefore, the curious natures started to lean more in that direction and everyone copied this rumor while writing about Haroon Rashid's situation. And today we also had to mention this incredible story.

Tabari and other historians have also described other reasons for Jafar's murder, but very few people have tried to use wisdom and tact to distinguish between the false and the true.

(1) Harun al-Rashid is the fifth caliph in Abbasid Caliphate. The Abbasids were proud of the greatness of their family and of being the noblest of the Arabs in terms of lineage. All the Arab countries recognized his family rule and greatness. His family's greatness was the reason why he was willing to try against Banu Umayyah and then succeeded in this attempt. had increased. Arab nihilism and respect for honor were also generally present with strictness. How was it possible for a caliph like Harun al-Rashid to marry his sister to a person whom he considered to be the grandson of a slave-born Magian race and an unresearched person? It is believed that he used to call Jafar his brother and called his father as Abba Jaan because of his Ataliq. But while marrying his sister, he could not forget the nation, family and lineage. And if Harun al-Rashid had become very liberal in the matter of marriage like the people of today, then the people of his family, who were very serious and present in number, would consider this marriage as a dishonor to their family. Could not remain silent. Similarly, Abbasa herself could not accept such disrespect.

(2) A religious person like Haroon al-Rashid, who performed Hajj for one year and Jihad for one year, and was the chief caliph of the world of Islam. It is somehow not understandable to warm the gatherings of drinking alcohol. If one of the caliphs among the Banu Umayyads used Nabeez or alcohol, the whole world made a noise, and historians have been describing this evil act of his in detail. But Harun al-Rashid who used to go alone to the gatherings of scholars and righteous people and sit on a torn sack and listen to their advice and weep profusely.

The wind was rising, what could he have to do with something impure like alcohol or urine? Elders such as Fazl bin Ayyad, Ibn Samak, Sufyan Thauri are his friends and companions. He prays the five prayers with great observance and humility, especially the Fajr prayer at the very first time. So you perform rakat nafil daily. How immoral and cruel is it to call such a person a drunkard. How can a person who warms the congregation by drinking alcohol at night join the Fajr prayer. Where can humility be found in his prayers?

(3) The scholars of Iraq had issued a fatwa on the justification of Nabeez and some nobles used Nabeez. But it has nothing to do with the bad taste of alcohol. Regarding Harun al-Rashid, it is not definitely proven that he ever ruled during the Prophet's reign and held such gatherings as mentioned in the false tradition mentioned above. Until the time of Harun al-Rashid, there was a simple and soldierly life in Arabia in which alcoholism could not interfere. The Arab nobility, of which Harun was the most suave, had always condemned alcohol consumption as reprehensible and bad. This was the reason why Rasoolullah ﷺ and Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiqui رضي الله عنه and many noble Arabs even in the era of Jahiliyyah never went near this unclean thing. Harun al-Rashid could not accept this humiliation even if he ignored the rules of Islam.

(4) Even in this age of irreligion and general indecency, when there is no Islamic government left in India and there is no prohibition by the present government, no person is dishonored by dishonor and dishonored by dishonor, no matter how he may be. No, and even if Alanya doesn't drink in public, he can't possibly like his sister drinking with him. In our country Chamars and Bhangis drink alcohol more. Probably, even these Bhangis and Chamars cannot take their sisters and drive them away for drinking with non-men. Harun al-Rashid Abbasi, in whose court there were Tabi'in and Taba'i Tabi'in, would have committed such indecency and would not have died in honor.

(5) People who commit adultery, theft, drinking, usually try to prevent their family members from doing these things. If Harun had already got this bad habit, then he could never have persuaded his sister to drink alcohol. His beloved wife Zubaydah, with whom he was deeply in love, was probably the first to share in this drinking. But no one even made a hint of this kind in relation to Zubaydah Khatun and not even a single speck of this dirty thing could fall on the foot of her life. How surprising that in the palace of Zubaydah Khatun, the Qur'an is being recited all the time and her lover is busy drinking with her husband Jafar and Abbasa.

(6) Muirakhin has reliably narrated this incident that Hakim Gabriel was in the court of Harun al-Rashid, a Jewish physician, and was with the Caliph at the table and if he saw something harmful, he would stop the Caliph from eating it. Once a fish came to the Khawan for the Khalifa. The Khalifa intended to eat it. Hakim stopped the Khalifa from eating it and asked the Khansaman to pick it up and take it away. After that, by chance, one of the Khalifa's servants saw that Hakeem Gabriel was drinking the same fish himself at his residence. At that time the truth was revealed that Hakim had withheld the fish for his food and had prevented Haroun from eating it. Khadim conveyed this news to the Caliph. It was just a matter of laughter and Haroun would not have said anything to Hakim except to laugh. But when Hakim learned that the Caliph had been informed of my action, he placed three fish kills in three separate bowls. In a bowl, the meat and other food items that Harun had eaten on the table were mixed. Ice water was poured on the second murder. Wine was poured into the third bowl. Presenting these three bowls to the service of the Khalifa, he said that these two bowls contain your food and the third bowl contains my food. After a few hours, those two murders started to rot and smelled and the fish meat in the bowl containing the wine had turned into water and mixed with the wine. Thus, Hakim removed his embarrassment and told the Khalifa that since I drink alcohol, this fish was not harmful for me and since you cannot drink alcohol, I stopped the fish.It is also clear from this story that Haroon al-Rashid had nothing to do with alcohol.

(7) The fact is that Abbas was married by Haroon to Muhammad bin Sulaiman. When Abbasa became a widow after the death of Muhammad bin Sulaiman, she remarried to Ibrahim bin Saleh bin Ali, who was a close relative of Harun and from the Abbasid family. Telling such a white and shameless lie to such a noble and chaste woman is a proof of the utter baseness of the liar and the depraved nature of the person who tries to prove this lie to be true is certainly very low. And it turns out to be humiliating.

Then the strangest thing in this white lie is that in allowing Jafar and Abbasa to look at each other's faces, Harun was so concerned about the observance of Sharia, but while drinking alcohol, he completely forgot the Sharia.
